The August meeting was called to order by Jim Anderson.

> Financial report was read by Shirley Cockrell. Motion to accept
> by Randy Darby. A second by Lori Turner. Motion passed.

> AFL-CIO thanked us for our donation to the United Way last year.

> Lori W. - gave update of who is running for office.

> President Anderson has requested some information
> from the company on the mail room. Also, he has
> requested for Caryn Riggs to come and present some

> Walt - read a letter from a union member concerning
> the contractor arbitration. Also, a correction to be made
> on the June minutes. The correction was for grievance 295
> and 311 to be combined and for 310 (overtime issue in
> Feeder group) to be dropped.

> Steve - discussed car fare for Meter Readers. HR trying
> to get this straightened out.
