Our Mission

The object and purpose of The Independent Utilities Union is to provide utility employees an effective and efficient agency through which its members may secure and maintain, by united action, proper working conditions and fair and equitable compensation, hours of work, and a means and procedure through which differences between employees and employers may be speedily and satisfactorily adjusted.
