GENERAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

JANUARY 29TH, 2010

The January meeting was called to order by President Anderson. 

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. 

Moment of silence for deceased members. 

Roll call of Officers took place. All present.  

Financial report was read by Shirley Cockrell.  Motion to accept by Steve Kowolonek.  A second by Lori Turner.  Motion passed. 

December minutes were read and accepted. 

COMMUNICATIONS 

No communications. 

REPORT OF OFFICERS 

Randy – Lori, Walt and Randy met with Jerry Madigan to discuss the call out list for storms. 

OLD BUSINESS 

The audit from Rutler and Associates is not complete yet. 

NEW BUSINESS

 

Randy makes a motion to get pricing on windows repaired, new roof and exterior painted and present at next board meeting.  A second by Shirley.  Motion passed. 

Discussion took place about President Anderson talking to Mike Ciccarella about having union representation on any teams that may affect any UWUA positions. 

Grievance 303 was presented to the board to decide if it goes to arbitration.  The case was voted on and decided not to go to arbitration.  

Steve Kowolonek made a motion to adjourn.  A second by Randy Darby.  Motion passed.
