GENERAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

The March meeting was called to order by President Anderson. 

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. 

Moment of silence for deceased members. 

Roll call of Officers took place.  All present. 

Treasurer’s report was read by Shirley Cockrell.  Motion to accept by Steve Kowolonek.  A second by Kristy Knobloch.  Motion passed. 

Motion to dispense reading of the minutes by Lori Stamper.   A second by Walt Dobbins.  Motion passed.

COMMUNICATIONS 

Jay Alvaro of Labor Relations has been promoted to VP of Human Resources.  Jim O’Conner will replace Jay as VP of Labor Relations. 

REPORT OF OFFICERS 

None to report. 

OLD BUSINESS 

Arrangements have been made for the Region II and III conference in Pittsburgh. 

The UWUA contract has been extended until April 18.

President Anderson updated the rest of the board concerning the negotiations. 

Motion to adjourn by Randy Darby.  A second by Steve Kowolonek.  Motion passed.
