Q&A regarding Tentative Agreement

 

Tentative Agreement Reached

On April 18th, 2008, Local 600 and Duke Energy reached a tentative agreement. This tentative agreement is for a 4 year term. There will be a number of informational meetings taking place at various locations throughout the company. Local 600 will have a meeting at the Hartwell Recreation Center on April 30th at 6:00pm to go over the details on the tentative agreement. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

2008 – 2012

 

 

TERM OF THE AGREEMENT –  Four years, from April 1, 2008 – March 31, 2012.

 

RETROACTIVITY – If the Union ratifies the tentative labor agreement by May 30, 2008, the wage adjustments will be retroactive to April 1, 2008.  Unless noted otherwise, other premium increases shown will be effective the first full payroll week following ratification.
