GENERAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

NOVEMBER 15^TH, 2007

The November meeting was called to order by President Anderson. 

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. 

Moment of silence for deceased members. 

Roll call of Officers took place.  Lori Turner was absent. 

Treasurer’s report was read by Shirley Cockrell.  Motion to accept by Lori Stamper.  A second by Phil Malone.  Motion passed. 

REPORT OF OFFICERS 

Lori Stamper – herself and President Anderson met with Don Opatka concerning negotiations. 

OLD BUSINESS 

None to report. 

NEW BUSINESS 

President Anderson named the negotiating committee:  Jim Anderson, Lori Stamper, Shirley Cockrell, Kristy Knobloch, Randy Darby, Phil Malone. 

Shirley will be meeting with Ruttle and Associates on Nov 29^th for auditing of the books and the LM2. 

Randy Darby made a motion to adjourn.  A second by Steve Kowolonek.  Motion passed.
