GENERAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES

SEPTEMBER 24, 2009

The September meeting was called to order by President Anderson. 

Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. 

Moment of silence for deceased members. 

Roll call of Officers took place.   

Minutes were read by Kristy Knobloch.  Motion to accept by Lori Stamper.  A second by Shirley Cockrell.  Motion passed. 

Financial report was read by Shirley Cockrell.  Motion to accept by Steve Kowolonek. 
A second by Pat Roderick.  Motion passed. 

COMMUNICATIONS 

Flu shots are being offered to all members. 

REPORT OF OFFICERS 

Shirley – discussed the new EMAX and EGIS systems that will be coming soon. 

Steve – discussed recall on hard hats.  Also, there is an expiration date of 5 years on the hard hats. 

OLD BUSINESS 

Union picnic was a success.  Thank you to all who helped out. 

Power plant jobs will be posted on Monday, Sept 28^th. 

HR will get with the Union on September 30^th to discuss the new IT jobs coming to the Union. 

The tree in front of the hall has been removed. 

NEW BUSINESS 

The company is taking the RSA token away from all union employees. 

The rep/delegate dinner will be on November 19^th. Randy Darby made a motion to have it at The White House.  A
second by Shirley Cockrell.  Motion passed. 

Randy Darby made a motion to adjourn.  A second by Steve Kowolonek.  Motion passed.
